I just watched it. Don't know yet if I ever will apply a side-chain 
compressor in a song created by myself. But one does never know.

No, you understood me correctly. I was "complaining" about certain LV2 
synths that can be added to the tracklist, but which do not have a sound 
effect on MIDI tracks. Because I thought at that moment that all LV2 
synths can manipulate MIDI data, but this does not seem to be the case.

By the way, I am not complaining about this and that in MusE :-) I just 
would like to contribute something to MusE because currently I have the 
time for this. So I thought "Let me do some QA for MusE".
