Hi Robert, hi all,

I installed the latest git version. Did not remove the MuSE.cfg file. I
started MusE and imported an ogg file into a wave track. First now I
notice that an ogg file is no wave file, so the ogg file should not be
within a wave track per definition. Is this a bug?

Regarding the ogg file in the wave track: Not all information of the ogg
file is displayed in the wave track in the Arranger window. The display
of this track suggests that the ogg file is empty (contains no sound
information) after the first seconds of the beginning of the ogg file.

Then I closed MusE, removed the MuSE.cfg file and started MuSE again.

The ogg file behaviour, as described above, still exists.

Regarding the appearance changes I noticed the following:

1. I noticed the changes of the display of wav (and ogg) files in the
Arranger Window, if one selects another setting in the "Wave Drawings in
Parts" section in the Appearance Settings window.

2. If another background picture for the Arranger Window the Appearance
Settings window has been selected, it is not possible to change it back
to the default settings (simple grey display, without any pattern).

3. The "Apply" button in the Appearance Settings window behaves like an
"OK" button: if "Apply" is clicked, then the Appearance Settings window
is automatically closed. This behaviour is as if one clicks the "OK"
button.

Regards,

Jens

PS: The behaviour, described in 2nd mail from 10th of January 2016,
still exists. Although now it occurs not so often as several days ago.
