MusE doesn't show a midi strip in the Arranger when you click on
a midi track. Until now it showed only a Midi Track Info panel.

This is inconsistent, as there /is/ a midi strip in the mixer,
and that is (was) the only place to find it.

The new mixer midi strip is expandable revealing more controls -
the ones that are currently found in the Midi Track Info panel.

Thus, the Midi Track Info panel can now (finally) be replaced
with a /real/ midi strip and still convey the same information.

It will just look more consistent /always/ having a strip (audio or midi)
on the left of the Arranger, depending on what track you click.

Maybe you haven't been using MusE long enough, but didn't you notice
that in the Piano Roll Editor the Midi Track Info panel is gone now -
replaced with a real Midi Strip now ?

The Wave Editor will also gain an Audio strip on the left.
The Drum Editor will also gain a Midi strip on the left.

Cheers.
Tim.
