Well, not exactly unreleased, but ActivePerl AFAIK never corresponds to any
stock Perl. They often integrate patches from the development track as well.

The diffs from vanilla Perl to ActivePerl sources are freely available from
the web site, however.

Oh, and they bundle a bunch of useful modules (e.g. Win32::<stuff> and I
believe also libnet and libwww-perl) with their base install.
