It's "Project Builder", read the release notes (they're quite funny).

I wish PB had integrated help that worked. I've never had Find by
Definitions work on anything except Frameworks (maybe it's not meant
to but it would nice if it did) That's about the only major flaw it
has. Oh, no class view either. Other than that it's rather good.
