I'm not in charge but I suppose that if you're expecting these to appear in the LPIC-1 exams you probably shouldn't be holding your breath while you wait. Which is not to say that these topics might not eventually pop up elsewhere in the LPI certification universe, just that LPIC-1 is likely not the best place for them.
