Renaming 5.1 to Secure Remote Logins, File Transfers and Elevated
Permissions" seem to be a title that covers all contents. I'd prefer to
keep the title neutral, in case we adjust the content in a later release
and for consistency with the other names. The description, however, is
already specific about SSH. I have added 'Executing commands with elevated
permissions' to the key knowledge areas to have an anchor for su and sudo,
which were already listed as relevant commands.

Regarding SCP vs. SFTP we should keep in mind that these changes affect the
protocols, not the commands. The scp **command**, which we cover in the
exam, remains in existence, while the SCP **protocol** is replaced by the
SFTP protocol. https://www.openssh.org/txt/release-9.0 says

Since it is easier to use, I'd propose sticking with the scp command and
continue to not address protocol details.
