All distribs have fdisk available while the following are default
tools for the distribs I use.
Slackware: fdisk
Red Hat: cfdisk
Debian: fdisk

I can not speak on the others since I do not use them. My experience
levels with each are as follows: Slackware since it's inception
(started with SLS Linux whichis Slackware's "father", Debian for
approximately 1 year total, and Red Hat.. well, see my signature. :)
