Generally speaking, CompTIA gives 60-90 days. There have been exceptions (CDIA was turned off one day, and CDIA+ was there the next) but that was a complete rewrite and the cert got pulled into the + series. IMO, 60 to 90 is a nice guideline and it should only be used as guideline as you work with and around VUE and Prometric.
