Although I basically agree with your sentiment, pulling the old exams
and not providing a Japanese version would make the exam a whole lot
more difficult for your average Japanese exam candidate.

# Average Japanese English proficiency is about the lowest world-wide
# if the TOEIC test score results mean anything.  Personal experience
# says they do :-(
