All, The FITB questions need to very carefully designed so that the information requested can only have one answer. For example with a command, there can only be one form for the command and capitalisation, as we all know, cannot be mistaken.
However I remember one LPIC-1 question, which I added a comment to as I was doing the test, that could be answered as the full discriptive name, an ancronym, and capitalisation possibly came into effect. So I sat and puzzled over this question for longer that neccessary as I tossed up what was going to work. For that section of the test topics I got 100%, so I must have got it right :-) I know from my experiences with the Novell Education testing, and discussions with their course developers and exam creators, that their FITB questions will make sure that all possible combinations are accounted for eg. 8, eight, Eight, EIGHT are all the same answer. This discussion came about because I was concerned that one question I came across, many moons ago, could either have the US English or UK English form of spelling. I was assured that both were correct and that they made sure of this during the exam preparation stages, if the issue arose.
