Yes on LSB.  I am not sure if LPI will create the additional standards
or best practices for that matter.  Would be nice to have them though.

In addition to keeping up with LSB, newer packages in the distributions
may produce other correct answers to existing questions (especially fill
in the blank).  Those may or may not be governed by LSB.
