Package management tools go quite fast. Now we have yum, tomorrow it
might by zypper, the day after that it may be something else. Basic
knowledge of the current tools (yum, rpm, apt-get) in my opinion should
be in LPIC-1. If you don't know rpm -ivh or apt-get install, you're not
worth the certificate. In depth in my opinion is more appropriate for
level 2.
