Yes, the answer pattern is observed statistically.  Unfortunately, it doesn't
seem great at identifying obscure/misleading/inexact wording of questions as
experienced users/admins tend to be able to decipher the question while
inexperienced people tend to not be able to accomplish that.

Did I mention that we could use some more reviewers?  Especially, ones with
"real good English" skills.
