I ran it by hand, and it seemed to work just fine. It doesn't work when
I run it from the filter.

ifhp-script => the script I ran
ifhp-log => output of the script
lpd_printcap => my lpd_printcap file
ifhp.conf => my ifhp.conf file
The printer in question is print-test, it is way down at the bottom.
All the ones that call "fp" are a local print filter I'm trying to
migrate away from.
