This might be due to that it actually does a "duplex feed" even if it is only one real impression on the sheet. We focus more on "limiting excessive abuse" with our accounting system than to count everything down the last toner piece. We don't charge anything, all prints are free, we just want to limit excessive prints for the sake of other students wanting to print and for the sake of the environment. If our students learn to just print page 45 of their 200 pages document when they only changed a word on page 45, we have come a long way. Paper is cheap and so is toner. Students having to wait is a waste of time, energy and creativity.
