Basically meaning an accounting solution should keep track of the highest
amount encountered during the session. There are improvements to make to
my solution, but I do not see this as a major fault in my implementation.

I know Xerox Phaser 4400 does this correctly as I have run extensive
testing on it. Less extensive testing on the HPs.
