The problem here is that most (all?) spoolers are too dumb to resend
partial jobs. I may not want to print the job from the start again if I
got 199 of 200 pages printed. Then I rather have a stupid lpd that forces
me to manually print the last page again, if it happens (very seldom) that
the printer is turned off during my job.
