for a long time I try to have a LPRng installation which will also accept job submissions from macos 9.x clients.
The lpr support in Mac OS 9 is flaky at best. Upgrade the Mac OS 9 clients to Mac OS X, or use netatalk as a gateway to LPRng.
I can't upgrade to OSX and netatalk also seems to have some problems..
I've to debug it by my self :-(. So, may be someone can explain me the DEBUG-flag system of LPRng. E.g. how to enable the following two statements:
DEBUGF(DRECV2)(.. DEBUGF(DRECV1)(..
lpd -F -D<whatever..>!?
