I have a Xerox Phaser 3450 DN I just added to the network. It has a duplex unit (D). I am having a strange problem that has stumped me. Maybe someone has an idea. I can print to it from the server using the lpr command. I can print to it from clients using Samba. However, I cannot print to it using TCP/IP port configured to send lpr from Windows 2000 or XP. The print job shows up as error. I am using the postscript drivers from Xerox. I have LPRng 3.8.22-2. I have tried setting the printcap to print to the printers LPD port and port 9100. Neither works. I have nearly 150 queues on this server and they all work except this one. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks!
