I have a jetdirect J3111A card. It seems to constantly crash dump, even when NO print jobs are being sent to it. Yesterday, I updated the firmware using the jetadmin tool from HP. Still no improvement.
This is exception 0004 firmware rev g.05.35 I don't think the register dump would be terrible useful but will post it if needed.
