The updated contents are mainly the followings: 1. Adding the description for the "Unnumbered AS boundary link" and the MUST associated sub-TLVs. 2. Define the Top-Level TLV for IS-IS---"Stub-Link TLV", instead of putting it under the inter-AS reachability TLV(141). The above updates align the OSPF and IS-IS and the existing defined sub-TLVs in more reasonable style.
