Thanks all, it seems today the load much stable. maybe the problem occur when 
our users keep changing the desktop features/screen saver/etc. I will suggest 
them to use konqueror beside of netscape. i plan to use starOffice 6 when it 
release soon. at this time, starOffice 6 still in beta version and not 
suitable to use in my company yet. but i still use it for testing only. 

Anyway, i will keep monitor at the resource process and try to customize 
others window manager.
