Speaking from no experience: Why not if you use switches? or Why not use two or three subnets with 80 or 55 computers in each, if that splitting the load on two/three servers gives reasonably load-average? > I might suggest FreeSCO router (Linux, free, only needs a floppy drive and 2 nics, >16 meg of ram and a 386).
