Postings to k12OSN suggest LVS can be done with LTSP, but it's very complex
and less than reliable. One to watch though...

I know TinyDNS resolves hostname to IP for client but it can also do a
round-robin effect for serving addresses and therefore load balance the
servers.  Of course it wont take server load into account but its a nice
crude way of balancing.  I wonder if the 'Linux Director' or 'Linux
Virtual
Server' project (like CISCO Local Redirector) can be adapted to point
clients at LTSP servers rather than Apache.

BTW, Ive merely looked at the documentation for it, not actually done
LVS so
