I'm having problems with NFS as well here (also using RH9), it keeps on failing. I've checked the points shown on the screen (put workstation hostname in /etc/hosts, etc) and the docs, but it still won't work. It's quite frustrating to say the least. Another problem is that after it loads vmlinuz image, halfway the kernel will panic sometimes. It says about some problem with ifconfig. Does that means that support for RH9 isn't very polished yet? If yes, no problem, I'll try with another distro then.... any recommendations? I just need to get LTSP up and running asap really, as proof of concept.
