Working more with the LD_PRELOAD problem in KDE I've reaching to the
following:

The four environment variables LD_PRELOAD, ESPEAKER, ESDDSP and
REMOTE_X11 are correctly set up from .kde/env script. They all four are
set and useable during startkde script. But later ESPEAKER, ESDDSP and
REMOTE_X11 are present in KDE's environment for all applications and
LD_PRELOAD is not.

Maybe it's deleted when start_kdeinit is launched, the same way
LD_BIND_NOW is. That's what some lines in startkde says:

# We set LD_BIND_NOW to increase the efficiency of kdeinit.
# kdeinit unsets this variable before loading applications.
LD_BIND_NOW=true start_kdeinit --new-startup +kcminit_startup
if test $? -ne 0; then
  # Startup error
  echo 'startkde: Could not start kdeinit. Check your installation.' 1>&2
  xmessage -geometry 500x100 "Could not start kdeinit. Check your
installation."
fi

Any more idea or hint?
