Hi Guys

first my rant is very mild, the ltsp folk have done a really awesome
job, and it's been a pleasure to use and abuse, and as I said, this is
OT.

I want to build a video recording system to boot from flash, is RO and
has RW storage. ubuntu is a good distro to use.
I'd like to know all about the the ltsp additions to /scripts, because
ltsp-5 seems to be a very good fit for my needs.

I'm upgrading a ltsp-3 POS business to ltsp-5 (1000s thin clients 100s
customers world-wide. My customer, bless his granite-pig-headed
stubbon ..., The server must be CentOS 5. I installed ltsp-5 on gutsy
then moved the /opt/ltsp to a CentOS server, but I would like the boot
splash to not say ubuntu or they will phreak :-)

I spent many hours looking, till eventually jeff waugh via the slug user
list (Sydney LUG) told me that it was not documented. That's a pretty
authorative proclamation !!

The bottom line is that I want to do way-out fiddling and its
frustrating to have to isolate and nuture every bit of hard stuff.
ltsp-5 looks ideal for much of what I want to do.
