Well way 1: the easiest:
Get a pxe version of etherboot

Way 2: cheat:
Drop the squash image, kernel and initrd from ubuntu into your system. (I 
tried it)

Way 3: I've not done this for SuSE yet but it seems straightforward Build 
kernel and initrd for etherboot. LTSP-KERNEL-KIT gives hints on how to

IMHO (1) is the cleanest way and does nothing to distract the KIWI project 
which still has some edges to be fixed
