We boot ltsp client in runlevel 3, LDM is started from there.

It is not able to configure X, try this:

cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf.install /srv/tftpboot/KIWI/xorg.conf

add the following to /srv/tftpboot/KIWI/config.default

,/KIWI/xorg.conf;/etc/X11/xorg.conf;10.0.0.254

Could you try another client if possible just to make sure the entire
setup is working properly?
