- No, I hadn't run kiwi-ltsp-setup -c after modif the IP.
- is there a documentation I can read, I don't fully understand the 
kiwi-ltsp as yet.

- I'm still slightly puzzled about the first error I got, the one with 
the wrong IP of the server...I'll look into that.

As I understand it, I may in most aspect compare kiwi-ltsp to the 
venerable old ltsp4.2, i.e. I may modif KDE groups and menus and all, to 
"lock down" the ordinary users capabilities from the workstations?

I often need to setup special settings per terminal...may one do that in 
  lts.conf using the MAC adress as identifier or how?

Many questions, - perhaps it's time for a thread.
