I tried switching from Vista to an XP box, but I still get the same problem. 

can anyone advise on how to troubleshoot this? If I was looking at a log entry, 
an error code, I'd feel more scientific, even if I wasn't actually able to 
solve the problem. :-)

Could this be a problem with RDP versions? (I don't know if these changed from 
LTSP 4.2 to 5).
