Greetings I was recently contacted by a UH Professor running an Ubuntu-based web server. An upgrade went awry due to a power failure, and he is now unable to boot. ITS will not help him, so he contacted me seeking help.
It is not possible for me to make an onsite visit as requested. Is there anyone willing to help. I am not certain if he is seeking volunteer/community assistance, or if he is able to compensate you for your time.
