Perhaps a good idea is to get out the next release and then bear down
on graduation, with the goal of the release after that being the first
release as part of the Lucene PMC. Either that, or go for graduation
first.

I really think we need to push a little bit towards graduation. I
know this takes some work and there isn't much incentive for it, but
projects aren't meant to be in incubation forever and .NET actually
meets most, if not all, the requirements for graduation, IMO.
Can I ask for some volunteers to help see this through?
