Haaah in Uganda when it comes to importing software!Am sorry to say you might find one Serial Key of like Windows(win&doors)  XP(expensive) on the all street or Building.And when it comes to linux dowload your ISO'a and the all world gets form you.But as Mark says it needs time and Money.
But can help when it comes to which organisations use what as servers free as long as it remains confidential ;-)
