Of course it doesn't make sense to provision a shared 
service on a 1:1 (or close) ratio. The best way to 
provide a shared service is through contention - that's 
just the way of the world.

But I'm sure the service and content providers have 
learned something from this, from voice lines to web 
servers. My rule is to always plan for (a little) more 
than you need. It may not match up, but it will certainly 
help.
