Hmm,

Your name servers is supposed to be authoritative for the .ug zone but doesn't 
seem to have the zone which is causing you some issues because it does not 
have glue records for the name servers which serve .ug.

Step 1. Resolve with CFI the issue of being secondary for .ug and make sure 
you're serving the latest copy of the zone. Once this is done, then test 
again with dig +trace post your results here.
