Execute the command from ns.one2net.co.ug and not ns2.one2net.co.ug and
post the output. As far as I can tell, ns.one2net.co.ug. has the most
recent zone file and glue records for all the ug root nameservers - see

have glue records for the name servers which serve .ug.
Step 1. Resolve with CFI the issue of being secondary for .ug and make sure
you're serving the latest copy of the zone. Once this is done, then test
again with dig +trace post your results here.
