well...i had a problem where my clients thought they could check their connectivity to the internet by constantly pinging my routers.....had a few filters to help reduce their naivity.....try

traceroute -I ns.one2net.co.ug (NOTE: that is capital 'i')

that should work....but you did hit my router pretty well, the next hop from what you hit would be ns.one2net.co.ug
