Our IXP seems to be slowly falling apart with missing routes and congestion issues, etc. I would like to call for a meeting to be held under the auspieces of UISPA for thusday afternoon. The aim of this meeting is to setup a core team that would have full responsibility of the IXP. And would be effective to in maintaining a clean national exchange point. UISPA is also going evaluate funding options to upgrade the Ixp. Can you please respond if you will be able to make the meeting.
