previously subscribed do not need to subscribe again. To subscribe, you
can either go to http://storm.cfi.co.ug/mailman/listinfo/techies or send
an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the subject subscribe.

In the interest of further discussions concerning the IX, the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] list will be reactivated today. It had earlier on been
discontinued because of huge amounts of spam and no email traffic concerning
the IX. Probably this is the first step of getting everything into order.
