Bushnet is already peering with Africa Online, SpaceNet and One2net
outside the IX. Might be a nice place to start. Just a thought....

I know this might be a touchy subject (since it was back in 2001
when the UIXP was under pre-deployment discussion), but perhaps
it might serve the exchange point well if it was hosted with a
company that is in the Internet space, or an ISP.

If UISPA have headquarters, it could sit there, doesn't need much
space. If we can put our trust issues aside, maybe it can sit at
an ISP, and for fairness, the ISP could pay for the priviledge
of hosting the exchange point (in some form or another).
