On the contrary,Badru,  we can already see local content springing up pretty
fast. By local I mean content created In Uganda for local consumption. The
only hurdle now is getting the "owners"/"proprietors" of this content to
keep the traffic local because most of this content is served off servers
outside the country and this is because it currently makes better business
sense to them.

Dont give up as yet. We are getting there soon. Just like local contant
took over the radio media waves, we shall experience such a revival
