++ Suprisingly i have been thinking about how one can go around this and i
think i have figured something out which can work,  doing a project which
involves this,  we could talk about this further off-list.

++  IIRC the switch is in Budapest, bankom is trying out a few new
strategies i believe,  and maybe they will implement what you have
mentioned above in the long run.

++ Uganda is a very conservative country, ugandan porn would be flushed
out within heart_beat,  as much as porn is like prostitution , very old
(proffession wise) and very lucrative in terms of profits and business but
i simply dont see you opening up a UG HOT CHIC's porn website and get away
with it easily,  good example was our www.hotugandans.com
