You need to go to one of the SSL certificate providers. The main ones are:
    * Verisign
    * Thawte
    * InstantSSL
    * Entrust
    * Baltimore
    * Geotrust 

InstantSSL gives the best deal but don't take my word for it :-)

Pricing depends on level of encryption, warranty, etc.
