I think eb is right a bit. using a certificate from cacert.org will generate
an extra popup from the browser, as the Root certificate of cacert.org is not
recognized by the browser (it needs to be there upon install)

Does anyone know what qualifies someone to become a CA? I noticed for example
that my (former) government is present in Firefox with a certificate :-)
