My issues with Parallels was a slightly poor interface to
Linux. Some of the hardware drivers were flaky, and for me,
it felt slower.

I cannot complain about stability. Neither Parallels nor
VMWare Fusion crashed on me... it was the other small
things that I didn't like.

Then again, Parallels and VMWare Fusion both optimize
virtual machines depending on what guest OS you are going
to run. It is difficult to compare a Windows and Linux
installation on an apple-to-apple basis, even on the same
virtual machine type.

Cheers,

Mark.
