Hi, Since a few days it seems your DNS and whois is acting strange. Together with people on the LUG we have identified the following:
The DNS server on ip.cfi.co.ug is not responding to ping requests. The WHOIS service is working for some people, but not if I go through your page at http://www.registry.co.ug/whois/ or do a direct WHOIS query. This is the 9th time since 22-5-2007 that I have to send you an email about your WHOIS service not performing. For the amount of money you are charging for your domains, this is not a lot of service my (prospecting) clients and us are getting.
