The rates in Denmark seem very good. I think Asia by far has the best internet service if you live in an urban area. The service in the US is quite decent but for a country that is larger than all of europe and then some, I believe that the broadband penetration is very good. You may not get high speed service in some of the more rural areas in the South, but most urban and suburban areas get 6 Mbits and higher downloads speeds. (upload speeds rarely get above 3 Mbits, that is where they get you).
