Sanga You are right to complain because money is not the limiting factor when it comes to use of communication facilities. However, in UG, one of the fastest selling airtime cards for Pay as you go is the Ushs 1000 and am yet to get feed back on the newly introduced Ushs 500 airtime voucher. Why? Because piecemeal spending is more appropriate for us here as opposed to "hard to forecast" bills.
